The SDO Masbate Province ICT Office is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. We encourage clients to use their DepEd email account (if available) as their registered email in the HRConnect portal so they can fully access all the platform’s features.
Request DepEd Email
Clients are required to upload their latest Appointment document as part of the request for a new DepEd email account. This ensures that all information is accurate, updated, and properly verified before processing. Requests without a valid and recent Appointment document may not be accommodated.
LoginMSO 365 Account
This request is for clients applying for a Microsoft Office 365 (MSO 365) account. We encourage clients to use their DepEd email account as their registered email in the HRConnect portal so that they can fully access all features of the platform.
LoginAuthenticator Removal
This request is for the removal or reset of the authenticator linked to a DepEd email and Microsoft Office 365 (MSO 365) account. We encourage clients to use their DepEd email account as their registered email in the HRConnect portal so that they can fully access all features of the platform.
LoginReset DepEd Email Password
This request is for resetting the password of a DepEd email account. We encourage clients to use their DepEd email account as their registered email in the HRConnect portal so that they can fully access all features of the platform.
LoginReset MSO 365 Password
This request is for resetting the password of a Microsoft Office 365 (MSO 365) account associated with a DepEd email. We encourage clients to use their DepEd email account as their registered email in the HRConnect portal so that they can fully access all features of the platform.
LoginReset LIS / EBEIS Password
This request is for resetting the password of LIS (Learner Information System) and/or EBEIS (Enhanced Basic Education Information System) accounts. It is intended for authorized personnel who are unable to access their accounts due to forgotten or invalid credentials.
LoginICT PERSONNEL
The ICT Team provides comprehensive technical support, including system development, server administration, network management, and troubleshooting of computer-related issues. They ensure that all IT systems are secure, efficient, and fully operational.
